Funding and Space approvals – this form is the first step in your hiring process

*Once you receive approval from Peter, Donna and Stacey, you can proceed to step 2.

 

Step 2.
Choose one of the following forms to use for the type of hire:

Professional Staff – Postdoctoral Research Fellows

Regular (weekly) Employee 

• Regular Employee Hiring Request

Non-employee

• Non-employee hiring request, Faculty form
• Non-employee hiring request, Candidate form

Data Use Agreement (DUA) / Data Access Agreement (DAA) Forms
